Toula is the dream project of siblings Payal Sangwan and Aman Mangla, a duo whose love for hospitality runs deep. Supporting them is Ivan Ravi Pinto, F&B Director and a well-known name in Goa’s dining landscape. With over 15 years of experience at places like Olive and Thalassa, Ivan brings a rare mix of creativity and calm to the table — along with an uncompromising eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a restaurant truly special.
