He completed his Master’s degree in Technology Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Logistics and Service Management from the University of Bridgeport, during August 2015 to May 2017. He had his Bachelor of Technology degree from JNTU Hyderabad, India. With a strong education background for his managerial and technical skills, Remma continued to climb the ladder of IT world with commendable output everywhere he worked for. Starting from the days of the education, he equipped himself with skills that are necessary for him to tackle the challenges of IT implementation and supply chain optimization with confidence and precision.
Siddeshwar’s efforts in helping optimizing the business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and thus leading the organisation towards successful implementation were well received in the diverse sectors, that include, retail, healthcare, insurance, automotive and energy. Siddeshwar’s expertise spans the full spectrum of EDI implementation, with four years dedicated to development and implementation using platforms such as Sterling Integrator, Sterling’s Gentran Server on UNIX, Gentran Integration Suite (GIS), and XML/XSLT applications. He possesses hands-on proficiency with various Mercator adaptors, including File, Schema, XML, Database, Email, and FTP, enabling seamless data exchange across systems. With deep knowledge of EDI ANSI X12, X12N/HIPAA, and EDIFACT standards, Siddeshwar has worked on wide range of transactions critical to retail, logistics, healthcare, and insurance sectors. These transactions include Invoice, Purchase Order, Advance Ship Notice, Benefit Enrolment, Healthcare Claim and Remittance, and Claim Status Inquiry/Response, among others. His work in energy transactions, such as Enrolment, Change Requests, and Drop Requests further demonstrates his ability to switch over across various industries and yet functioning with industry specific skills and processes. His organizational and interpersonal abilities have been critical in managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
His career dawned with early signs of brilliance coming up, when he joined as EDI Specialist in Maganti Group LLC, at Connecticut, in the year September 2017. By collaborating with clients to identify and resolve EDI issues, he was able to coordinate interdepartmental committees and teams towards the business goals. Even as a entry level EDI expert, he demonstrated his abilities by defining project scopes and objectifies, preparing business cases and all required project documents for his company. This led him to lead and coach business analysts with ease, to effectively manage EDI project scope, budget and schedules. While developing EDI processes, guidelines, and metrics, he also simultaneously worked on reviewing and approving new and revised policies to support initiatives that drive towards process improvement. Handling day to day EDI operational aspects of assigned projects, Siddeshwar was successful in handling multiple levels and reaching business objectives. He also ensured the areas where the probability of issues and risks are more and worked on analysing, maximizing positive results in the case of unexpected events. By monitoring and reporting on project progress, delivering comprehensive status updates to stakeholders, chairing workgroups, he ensured the proper communication channel established with transparency about the ongoing processes. With more vigour and updated skills Siddeshwar kept his long learnt professional and technical skills at application. By working on collecting user and business requirements from operation teams, he put the efforts in improving the process flow and efficiency. Ensuring communication with development teams and users by writing clear requirements and process flow charts. To avoid web issues in AS400 system, he worked on adding more DB fields and writing business rules for POOM (Punch Out Order Message). His involvement in NetSuite Cloud ERP integration for SPS customers, including JavaScript development and deployment, highlighted his ability to adapt to emerging technologies. Siddeshwar led cross-functional teams in B2B integrations, ERP migrations, and RPG development, managing project scope, budgets, and schedules. His work on transitioning AS400 to Sterling MFT B2B software and establishing testing environments laid the groundwork for future integrations. Siddeshwar’s ability to streamline supply chain practices, work with third-party logistics providers, and ensure accurate inventory documentation further enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
His contributions continued to expand when he took on a new position as an EDI Specialist for MSC Direct Industry Supply at Maganti IT Resource LLC in Connecticut from July 2022. In this role, he focused on AS400 system enhancements, requirement gathering, and process optimization, mirroring his current responsibilities. His leadership in B2B integrations and ERP migrations, including the transition to Sterling Integrator, was instrumental in improving operational efficiency. Siddeshwar’s work on complex projects, such as moving EDI and XML traffic and enhancing security protocols, showcased his technical expertise and project management skills. He also played a critical role in developing user manuals, conducting training, and ensuring consistency in multi-system requirement development, all while evangelizing the company’s mission to use technology for safer, stronger neighbourhoods.
After Joining at LTI Mindtree’s LTD division since February 2025, as EDI Specialist and Integrated Implementation Consultant, he played an instrumental role in enhancing AS400 systems. His role involved gathering and documenting user and business requirements from operational teams and clients, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing process flows. By conducting data analytics, usability studies, and market research, he ensures that product development aligns with business objectives. His leadership in B2B integrations, ERP migrations, RPG development, and EDI mapping, particularly in collaboration with offshore teams, has been pivotal in driving successful project outcomes.
