With its founder having an experience of more than 3 decades in the nutraceutical, healthcare & pharmaceutical sector, the company operates a manufacturing facility in Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana. Conch Lifescience provides businesses with access to a broad portfolio of nutritional products, multiple dosage forms, imported and high-quality ingredients, customised packaging, and low minimum order quantities designed to support both emerging and established brands.
The company's manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ISO 22000:2018 compliant, WHO-GMP compliant, and FSSAI approved, providing brands with a manufacturing infrastructure focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Why Nutraceutical Brands Are Choosing Flexible Manufacturing Partners
The Indian nutraceutical market is seeing growing interest from entrepreneurs, pharmaceutical businesses, wellness companies, healthcare brands, and startups looking to introduce nutritional supplements under their own brands. However, developing products internally can involve significant investment in formulation development, manufacturing infrastructure, quality systems, packaging, and regulatory requirements. Conch Lifescience addresses these requirements through an integrated manufacturing model that allows businesses to outsource production while retaining control over their brand and product portfolio.
• 150+ pre-approved formulations: Businesses can choose from a broad portfolio of ready formulations, potentially reducing the development time required to introduce new nutraceutical products.
• FSSAI-approved formulations: Conch Lifescience states that its nutraceutical formulations are approved by FSSAI and provides FSSAI labelling compliance and licensing guidance to support product launches.
• Low MOQ manufacturing: The company offers low minimum order quantities, allowing businesses to test new concepts without committing to very large initial inventories.
• Imported and premium ingredients: The company sources high-quality ingredients from the US, EU, and leading manufacturers in India, while also highlighting the use of well-researched, clinically trialled & patented ingredients.
• Multiple manufacturing models: Private labelling, white labelling, third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and custom formulation services allow businesses to select a manufacturing approach based on their product and commercial requirements.
• Custom Branding on Tablets & Capsules: The company offers to add your company brand name or logo to tablets and capsules.
For brand and product authenticity, the company also provides customised holograms on the products or packaging as per requirement.
Focus on Quality, Ingredients, and Manufacturing Standards
For nutraceutical brands, product quality depends not only on the formulation but also on the quality of raw materials and excipients, manufacturing controls, packaging, and compliance processes.
Conch Lifescience highlights its use of ingredients sourced from the US, Europe, and leading Indian manufacturers. The company also identifies patented ingredients including Vitashine D3™, K2Vital® Delta, Aquamin® TG, and Albion Minerals® among the branded actives for which it states it is an authorised manufacturer.
The company says its nutraceutical products are manufactured under the supervision of quality assurance and quality control teams at a facility with ISO 9001:2015 certification, ISO 22000:2018 compliance, and WHO-GMP compliance.
This focus extends to packaging, with Conch Lifescience offering in-house packaging capabilities and highlighting packaging designs that are unique, aesthetic, and tested for durability and shelf life.
Founder’s Perspective
“The nutraceutical industry is moving toward more specialised formulations, better ingredients, and stronger manufacturing standards. Our objective at Conch Lifescience is to make these capabilities accessible to businesses at different stages of growth,” said Mr Vivek Kumar, founder of Conch Lifescience. “With more than 150 pre-approved formulations, low-MOQ options, multiple dosage forms, and private-label, white-label, third-party, and custom manufacturing solutions, we aim to give brands the flexibility to develop and launch nutraceutical products according to their specific requirements.”
What Conch Lifescience Offers Nutraceutical Brands
Conch Lifescience's manufacturing services are designed to cover different stages of the product development and manufacturing process:
• Private Labelling: Brands can select nutraceutical formulations, customise packaging and branding, and market finished products under their own brand identity.
• White Labelling: Businesses can choose from existing nutraceutical products and market them under their own brand, offering a potentially faster route to product portfolio expansion.
• Third-Party Manufacturing: Businesses can outsource nutraceutical production to Conch Lifescience, with services extending from manufacturing and packaging customisation to production scale-up.
• Custom Formulation: Brands with specific product requirements can work on customised formulations based on ingredients, product objectives, dosage forms, and packaging needs.
• Multiple Dosage Forms: The company's portfolio includes tablets, capsules, syrups and suspensions, powders, sachets, and other nutritional supplements.
A Broad Nutraceutical Product Portfolio
Conch Lifescience's product portfolio covers multiple segments of the nutritional supplement market, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, probiotics and prebiotics, vitamin D products, glucose and energy powders, ORS, sports nutrition & gym supplements, orthopaedic supplements, hair-care supplements, skin-care supplements and customised nutritional products.
This broad portfolio enables businesses to explore different supplement categories through a single manufacturing partner rather than sourcing every product category from separate manufacturers.
The company's formulation portfolio can also support brands looking to introduce new SKUs or expand existing product lines with different nutritional combinations and dosage formats.
Supporting Startups and Established Brands
One of the key advantages of a flexible third-party manufacturing model is that businesses do not necessarily need to establish their own manufacturing infrastructure before entering the nutraceutical sector.
Conch Lifescience's low-MOQ approach is designed to support businesses that want to introduce products in smaller quantities, test new concepts, or manage inventory more efficiently. At the same time, its stated daily production capacities for tablets, capsules, syrups, and powders provide a pathway for larger-volume requirements.
This combination of lower initial production requirements and scalable manufacturing can be particularly relevant for startups, emerging wellness brands, pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and established businesses expanding into nutraceuticals.
