Kavya Tummala, Chief Business Officer of Yogurt Alley, gives us an insight into the process. "We begin with microbiological testing to ensure every batch is safe for kids to consume. Next, we perform a chemical evaluation, where aspects like pH, acidity levels, and presence of preservatives and sugars are assessed. The third is a nutritional analysis, where we check the protein, Vitamin D, and B12 levels. And finally,  we conduct a sensory and quality evaluation to assess texture and overall product experience."
