The effort has now been recognized at the national level. Teamplus Staffing Solution Pvt. Ltd. has been honored with the Best AI Staffing & Recruitment Company Award at World Business Conclave 2026, in recognition of the impact its work has had on the productivity of the businesses it serves.
Teamplus performed well in all three parameters that are used by the jury to shortlist an organization for the award, which are how well they use technology to work efficiently, how well they serve their clients and candidates, and the impact they make on their industry. Teamplus performed strongly on all three. This award was presented at World Business Conclave 2026, a platform that brings together business leaders, founders, industry experts, and service providers from across the world.
Why Teamplus Was Chosen
Several reasons help build Teamplus India's strong position in the field of staffing and recruitment. The recruitment process can sometimes be tiring as well as discouraging. A company advertises for a job, and then applicants start to apply, so all the weight of recruitment falls on the shoulders of the recruiter; then selecting the perfect talent is sometimes overlooked, and opportunities get missed.
According to Storyboard 18, “The report found that 74 percent of recruiters in India are struggling to find qualified candidates in 2026, even as hiring activity remains strong at around 40 percent above pre-pandemic levels. Recruiters cited a growing quality issue, noting that while application volumes have risen sharply, many submissions are not relevant or useful.”
This is where Teamplus works magnificently to reduce the manual work and help recruiters select the desired and talented candidate by using the new technology. It screens CVs, pinpoints the skill-specification match, and shortlists the best-fit candidates. The recruiters do the tasks that machines can't, like talking to the candidates, providing guidance on their career ambitions, and guiding them and the clients through the interview process up to that all-important job offer.
At Teamplus, the tech is just a helping hand. It does the initial screening and other tests, and the final decision is with humans. All profiles that qualify for the interview go by the HR head and the manager to see the other skills that aren’t mentioned in the CV, such as communication skills, behavior, problem-solving tactics, and a positive attitude toward the job.
How the Process Works
We start every assignment with a deep, detailed conversation with our client to understand their business requirements. Having details regarding job roles, vacant positions, the work environment, key skills needed, and what type of candidate they are looking for makes the search easy. This gives the search the right direction from day one and helps the company deliver relevant profiles instead of a large pile of resumes.
When a vacancy arises, we advertise extensively and conduct a thorough selection process to assess the skills, experience, and motivation of all applicants. The recruiter then briefs the client about the shortlisted profiles. We also reach out to each candidate personally to ensure they understand the role and know what to expect from the interview. Interviews are scheduled quickly, and both the hiring manager and the candidate are kept informed every step of the way.
Services for Businesses of Every Size
Teamplus India supports businesses of all sizes by providing flexible staffing solutions for in-office, remote, and hybrid teams. For small businesses operating without a dedicated HR department, we step in and assist by providing a dedicated HR team, managing the entire hiring process from the initial candidate search to onboarding. Beyond standard hiring, our core expertise includes managing high-volume recruitment, filling specialized or hard-to-fill positions, and handling project-based staffing.
A Fairer Experience for Job Seekers
In many staffing companies, the major focus stays on the employer only, and the voice of the candidate goes unheard. However, Teamplus India takes a different approach, where we make clear communication with talent and take their feedback positively and guide them, assisting them with building skills that are required for their suitable job role. The company believes a job is only a good one when the candidate can grow in it and stay with it.
